JADE'S POST OP DAY 1
Hello everyone, David, Jade, myself, Amanda, Bridget, and all of our loving family members thank you for your prayers, phone calls, comforting words of encouragement, and most of all your friendships. I want to give everyone an update on Jadie Mae, as most of you know her surgery was yesterday, it took 5 long hours from incision to skin. There were no surprises, everything she was diagnosed with was correct so the repair was made. Jade was brought to PICU, she had a good night last night and a good day today. Tomorrow morning the surgeons will began taking her off the sedation meds and see if she can be extubated. Keep your fingers and toes crossed! Sorry I am not posting new pics. I forgot the camera at the hospital. So far our experience at Children's has been a pleasant one. Our new edition to the family Ms. Miffy Arbunkle Sparacello has been by Jade's side every since she has been in PI. I will update everyone on the extubation. Thanks a million to all our friends love you!!!!!!!!!
